Educate. Advocate. Participate.
Our work is all about raising awareness to reduce risk for human health and the environment with the big goal of Less incidences of cancer.
While we can never predict who will get cancer, we know that there are opportunities to reduce cancer risk.
The Less Cancer Campaign is interested in seeing Less incidences of cancer as opposed to more treated incidences of cancer.
How we do what we do
We have been organizing founders and provided leadership for like campaigns and organizations for several projects and organizations. In addition to providing educational opportunities we have provided efforts on a wide breadth from best practices for pesticide drift to National Cancer Prevention Day.
We have been the producers of Less Cancer Minutes, Healthy Town Videos, Too Cool to Smoke, offline programming that have provided prevention tools to hospitals and schools and founders of National Cancer Prevention Day.
Reaching Leadership in Your Community
As an organization we have actively engaged community members, law makers and decision makers in communities that can and do make healthier community choices. We often are among the first to bring urgent issues to the attention of communities and have the capacity to spread the word and raise awareness so they can be addressed though our extensive networks. Often by bringing attention to these issues the masses we have opportunities to suggest strategies for change.
How We Work
Primarily most of our work, partnerships and collaborations and programing can be followed on the Internet. In the Social Networks where we have close to 100,00 followers. There you will see programing and partnerships both on and offline that have crossed all barriers from educating lawmakers to being appointed to writing best practices to reduce harmful pesticide drift on health effected communities to include schools.
