Our Story

Lesscancer is a program of Next Generation Choices Foundation. Founded in January 2004, Next Generation Choices Foundation creates and dispenses educational tools and advocates for partnerships with communities for reducing cancer causing environmental exposures.

Next Generation's flagship programming included "make the commmitment", a model now used by other organizations for a cancer and environmental programing, asks communities to make the commitment to either reducing cancer causing exposures.

Next Generation has led the way in the Commonwealth of Virginia providing solutions to reduce harmful environmental exposures to children in schools.

The organization sought out and accomplished the instituting of the states pesticide drift reduction best practices relative to schools.

In addition to educating lawmakers Founder and Executive Director Bill Couzens has been published in a number of publications and has been a speaker on the topic of reducing harmful environmental exposures linked to cancer.
