4 ounces of chicken, pre-cooked
1 bag of ready to eat butter lettuce
½ cup of sliced carrots
A few slices of red onion
Organic, sugar free balsamic dressing (as much as you want)
Use half of the bag of butter lettuce and put it into a bowl. Next, add about four ounces of pre-cooked chicken to the salad. Chop the red onion and then add it to the top with the carrots. Mix all the ingredients together and then put on as much dressing as you would like.
