Mississippi’s so-called anti-Bloomberg bill forbidding municipal leaders from regulating food and drink in local restaurants and eateries has been signed into law by the governor of the fattest state in the nation. Republican Gov. Phil Bryant signed the bill on Monday. His signature was widely expected after the bill was overwhelmingly approved by state lawmakers.
