Less Cancer is hosting a special community workshop titled “Food Is Medicine,” focused on the powerful relationship between nutrition, environmental exposure, and long-term health.

This engaging and educational event will explore how everyday food choices can influence cancer risk and overall wellness. Attendees will learn practical, science-based strategies that support healthier lifestyles, reduce preventable risk factors, and promote long-term disease prevention.
