Makes about 4
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 grilled chicken breast or about a cup of pre-cooked chicken
1 green onion, sliced
¼ cup of sliced almonds
A handful of strawberries (about 10), sliced
4 whole wheat tortillas
Salad dressing of your choice
Lay down tortilla on a plate.
Fill the middle with a line of spinach.
Add ¼ a cup of chicken to the center
Sprinkle in green onion, almonds and strawberries as desired.
Drizzle salad dressing on top.
Wrap, folding in edges first and then rolling like burrito, and enjoy!
